One word…URGES! This is the time of year that always gets me, maybe I was a bear in a previous life, and have the instinct of eating more to get my "winter weight" on. All I can think of is Apple Crisp, Caramel Corn, Fairs, Thanksgiving dinners, to name a few. I think of it, and I can almost taste it…I must have a 3-D imagination! I need to refocus, and get something to click in my head again…and soon. Because I can feel the urge, and notice myself saying, bah, I'll eat it, and be good tomorrow. I do not want to be over 200 again! I'm feeling good where I’m at right now…and gaining on the 150's. I am so close to reaching my goal, only 13.3 more pounds to go…not that I'm counting much ;) hahah

Another word that is in my vocabulary this week??…MUNCHIES!!! I have the munchies bad! It all started on Friday night when we went to a friends house to celebrate their engagement. A few of us wanted to make it as special as possible for her (she recently lost her dad this year, and her mother has been gone for 25+ years now due to cancer). She has no relatives here in the states. So we decided to celebrate up right, Champagne and a slew of other drinks...Chocolate Mousse Cake. They also made a really yummy Italian dinner! EVIL! Hahaha Ate and drank until late…had a blast. Paid for it the next morning…heheh. Then of course the terrible munchies started attacking me! Saturday wasn't too bad, because Hubby was home, but then Sunday he played in an all day golf game, so that left me to my own vices at home….food! Granted, I set out to make healthy, low point meals for the week so we wouldn't have to prepare too much during the work week (made Chicken Tikka Marsala, Sweet Potato Soup and veggie gumbo). Of course I was picking at that as I was making it…and I definitely ate over my points. Been waking up starving…and going to bed hungry too…even though I've eaten all my points, and then some. I'm struggling to not eat everything in sight.

I ate breakfast already, am full, but I'm still thinking of food. Chewing my gum instead.

These past few weeks have been crazy, with work and life in general…hope to get caught up on my FS buddies journals today though!
