Life is getting in the way of tracking everyday but I am still very much aware of what I eat... I exercised 3 days this past week and I had great fun (at the gym at work) - who knew?!

Didn't go to work today, woke up, exercised and had a fruit salad for breakfast. I have so much cleaning to do, but I should enjoy it because the kids are at Daycare for the next 7 hours (heaven) lol.... I love my kids but I haven't had a moment to myself in 20,000 years! I feel great!

I'm not obsessed with my scale, but someone suggested that I may be even more aware of my eating habits if I had a daily weigh in to keep me in check....at least until I get used to tracking my meals and keeping on the good habits while eliminating the bad ones.
So I weigh in daily at least for about 2 weeks or so then I'm back to weighing in only on Saturdays. I am so SCARED of my scale though...

I haven't done anything differently, other than adding more water to my usual intake. I usual drink about a litre and now with the help of lemon slices, I've managed to drink 2 litres and have gone up to 3 litres in one day. I still have "letting go" issues when it comes to coffee but I'm trying. Sugar is making my weight and facial pimples worse (or so I'm told) and I don't get why the decision doesn't just come naturally to quit using it :-(
