No sugar, no salt, all veggies-started adding various vinegar's
while cooking.
PB-2 is a peanut butter powder you mix with water. Only 90 calories
for 2 tblsp.
No meat, pork (for years now) and no chicken within the last year.

Eliminated salt & sugar. If it has high fructose corn syrup in the
ingredient list, I don't buy it.
By stopping intake of sugar, under all of it's various names,
it has reduced my cravings for sweet things.
