Eliminate salt.
I don't eat processed foods except for Triscuit crackers,
so I was still adding salt to my foods.

I am back for another attempt at not adding salt.
I had gotten down to 147 but shot back up to 152
just from salt.
When I stopped adding it, I lost that water weight
and even lost an additional pound. 146 now.

I mixed various spices together; turmeric, cumin,
garlic/onion powders, basil (or a premixed Italian
blend)chili pepper; but mix whatever blend suits
you and put that in your salt shaker instead.

melatonin caution
Melatonin should only be used for a day or two, then give it a break
for several days. It is not to be taken daily.
Walking is great exercise (if possible) or simple stretching if you
can't walk long.
Hot showers, no food after 6 pm, a dark, quiet room-no tv or computer
should be in the bedroom.
Make the bed as welcoming as possible with feather bed covers,
cushy pillows, a fan for air circulation, and most important,
an air cleaner.
You will breathe easier, and sleep deeper if you have sleep apnea.
Get the kind with permanent filters that you can wash-filter
replacements can be very costly.
Try not to nap, save the sleep for nightime.
Ginger tea, or other herb tea's help promote sleep naturally.
Try to stop taking sleep supplements.
And good luck. Smile

someone else.

them.

Take a nap.
Drink green tea.
Eat tons of veggies and try ones you've never seen
before-be adventurous.
Do someone a favor.

My Pumpkin pie won't set up-help!
Canned pumpkin is low in calories, and I can live
without the pie crust, but I haven't been able
to come up with a solid pie without using flour.
They bake up ok, but don't set up like a pie should.
My latest attempt added 4 tblsp of flour but that
adds too many calories.
Any ideas? Rolling Eyes
Thanks ahead of time.
