Day 5 has arrived. I have to say that I am not as chipper this morning as I have been the last few days. Probably because I went out and had a few too many beers last night... I drank lots of water as well, but I'm pretty tired. Plus my cell phone broke so now I am phoneless. Maybe I will find it liberating to not be attached at the hip to the world, but as of right now, I can't wait for the Verizon store to be open so I can get it replaced ASAP! :)

I did really well yesterday at my lunch to the teriyaki restaurant. Chicken teriyaki with sauce on the side and shredded cabage instead of rice. Not as tasty as normal, but not horrible either, plus I ended up with a ton of protein for the day.

I have decided to quit weighing myself every morning. I haven't gained anything but our weight can change so much due to water/sodium intake and I don't want to become obsessed with some numbers on a scale. My losing weight has more to do with being healthy and I don't want to become obsessive. So once a week it is!!

Hopefully I am able to wake up a little bit and get a work out in today. My body feels very worn down and I think doing something light like a walk vs expending all my energy would be good!

Day 4 has arrived!! I am feeling super tired this morning! I started Curves again yesterday at lunch and it kicked my butt. I like doing the smart curves, but because it has been a bit, I may have overdone it. Tired and sore for sure! I'm sure taking in so fewer calories and working out as much as possible doesn't help! I also got on the treadmill for about 20 minutes last night and I just cannot stand that thing at all! I am completely bored and it bugs my feet. I can walk outside for an our easily, but 20 minutes on the that beast is it. Not sure why!

I got up this morning and Raul made me an egg sandwich which was very thoughtful and I wasn't sure I was going to eat it, but when I went downstairs I saw that he had made it on my new Franz European Thinwich bread and let me tell you, the bread is fantastic!! Its only 100 calories per two slices!! They look a little like flattened hamburger buns and are delicious!! And the have 5 g of fiber which is also good!! So try them if you can find them!!

I am a little nervous about today's endeavors. I have a lunch meeting with a client at a teriyaki restaurant, so I will have to be careful, and I have my Thursday trivia night with the girls. Fortunately I really only drink bud light, so hopefully it doesn't destroy my diet!!
