I got discouraged because I had to start taking more medication and have been buying cookies from our local farm stand. They are so good!! But I have to get a grip!! Comfort eating but they actually do not make me feel good after I eat them. Some old demon, sugar. Good luck everyone! Cold and a beautiful day here in Maryland.

I lost a little I think because I was nervous about a doctor appointment. Guys my Dr said it was ok to eat ice cream!! Go figure! I need calcium lol. Hiking in the woods several times a week. We will see about tomorrow. It is going down th 26 here in Maryland. Good luck everyone!!!!
