Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed! Have to remember to try and keep my daily cholesterol intake down, so I should keep my fats below 70mg & saturated fats below 24mg.. So far so good.

Started this journal three weeks into my journey to become a fitter and healthier me. Keen not to go on medication for high cholesterol so am trying diet and exercise to get it down. Was in the morbidly obese category when I first started this journey but now am in the obese category three weeks later. Hooray :)
