Eating out really stalled me for a few days!!! I know that not eating out is not going to happen, so I just need to make better choices....

Was doing well while eating only at home. Yesterday I had sausage at breakfast, which is on my diet (in limited amounts), but tasted really salty to me. Then for supper, I was taken out to Chili's. While I ordered off of the "Guiltless" menu there, it was still a LOT more salt and carbs than what I have been eating. Thus, today I am up 1.4 pounds!!!! It will take me probably 72 hours to get this off....
