Hi all,

When I hit 140 I decided that's it, this time really gotta gotta lose that weight. I'd failed at so many diets, just got bored with them plus the cravings started. Then last October my doctor recommended The Cardiologist's Wife's CHOCOLATE TOO! diet; No Sugar, No fat & Luscious. This diet is awesome. What is extra special is that it emphasizes the HUGE healing/prevent disease antioxidant power of unsweetend natural cocoa. Hey, if you can lose weight AND boost your health at the same time...well, I love it. It's over two months now and I've lost at the rate of 2 steady pounds a week. This time I'm so determined, also happy, because at last I've found a diet I love and plan to make a program for life.

I'm also happy to have found this site. The people here are wonderful...the kind of support we all search for. I am so grateful to be here and share in everyone's company.
