DIET
I would love to help but I just don't know. In aus we used coloured plans, what colour are the 2&3 plans, maybe I have it here & just don't know it.

I'm doing it without a center too, it's hard but it can be done.

Weighing after work out
Hi

My trainer told me never to weigh yourself after a workout,as the oxygen pumping through your blood makes you weigh more, plus you should be drinking a lot of water while working out, so that adds as well.

You should weigh yourself at the same time each day, first thing in the morning is the best time to do it.

Hi & welcome, I personally luv the la lites, & still have them.

I hear a lot of people in the states are put under a lot of pressure, so think carefully & make an informed choice as to whether you want or need their add ons.

Need motivation & accountability to get back on LA Weight Loss
Hi Lucia, I would like to keep in touch & be your support person. I am in Ausralia, & my centre here has shut down, so I am doing it on my own in a way, but there are heaps of lovely people on here that are so great & suppportive too.

So be strong & get into the groove of weightloss
