I have no will power, no support, nothing. I get so depressed and down on myself for my eating habits. I used to think I over ate because of stress or depression but now its like no matter what I stuff my face. i never feel full anymore. I stopped doing my food diary a while ago because I found myself lying and I thought how pathetic to lie to yourself to feel better about yourself. I stopped exercising and I stopped watching my diet. Now I feel worse about myself and somehow I have told myself its okay because I'm being honest. Its not okay, I am the only person responsible for me. I have spent my whole life making excuses for my weight and telling myself I'm not good enough. I am trying to change. I have to change.

I haven't been on in almost 2 months. I haven't exercised, I haven't stuck to a diet, I haven't kept on anything. I ignored fat secret and that made it okay to give up. I'm back now and I'm trying. I started doing the special K diet on monday and have stuck to it. I am still not having fatty desserts, I have started having mini popsicles if I feel like something sweet. My exercise has definately not been up to par but I am doing a 5k walk with my husband and son tomorrow. I need to work on motivation. Everyday I feel no motivation to get up and go. I need to start doing more. Its time for action not excuses.
