Goodness, Where should I start. I have started this program twice before.. doing well each time.. Until that is.. health issues caused me to limit my activity and to become depressed. both of these things cause me to be an emotional eater.. I hope to get that under control by changing my attitude.

Well, its hard enough to be honest to myself but I am going to try to hold myself accountable here. I had stared out so very well at 268lbs. and made a good effort that took me down to 217. I was so suprised and so excited...never thought it would happen... then the compliments started.. I panicked.. I have a fear of being noticed.. a ghost from my past lets say.. anyway, that is a sure way to start me on a bindge.. I climbed back up to 230 in record time and am just now starting again. Last week I started at 230 and weighed in this week at 225. My goal s still 198... just to be under that 200 mark..but let me tell ya.. going from a size 24 to a comfortable 18 and even a wearable 16 is not so bad.. even my bra has gone from a 46DDD to a loose 42DD.. Can't wait to hit my goal.. gonna keep my fingers crossed that I can remember I am safe even if someone notices me and gives me a compliment.. wish me luck all.

Well, I think I made it through the holiday meal without too much damage. Family wanted to go to Golden Corral Buffett, I didn't realize how much of thier food was floating in butter or grease of some kind. I stayed with my menu plan as far as the items are.. but over did it on quantity. My meal was still under 500cals, but my plan calls for 6 small meals per day to keep metabolism up and to aid in my hypoglycimia. I don't think there will be any weight gain for the day.. but sure am disappointed that my old habit of (if going to a buffett, get your moneys worth) eating more than I need snuck back in.. Will try harder to control my impulses. Think first, eat second.
