I have created my own challenge, which begins in 5 days.
I hope this gives me the push and direction, not to mention - focus, that i need to stay on track. I'm excited about this challenge because I feel like I came up with a few unique ideas to add something more. It's not just the same "exercise more, eat less, drink water, blah, blah, blah..." No offense to anyone but routine is the exact thing that kills my sticking with it. I GET BORED! I know that I can't possibly be the only one, so join my challenge if you are also bored...
On to other things... I haven't been exercising or eating appropriately. Matter of fact, the way that I haven't been taking care of myself I probably deserve to blow up like a blimp. My weight has gone back up a bit and it does really piss me off. I do accept that it's my fault for being so careless and not really putting effort forth. Ugh!

Though I haven't been recording everything I do like I should, I have been busting my butt in the gym and riding horses a lot. I went to a yoga class this morning. That felt so good. My body is reluctant to lose weight, but I know that as long as I stay consistant it will happen.

Wow. It's been about two weeks since I've been on here. Life got a bit exciting, I guess. I'm not very good at balancing things. It hasn't been a good two weeks in the way of my diet.... I've been drinking a lot. Today is the start of a new week and I've started it well... I went for a quick ride and then a swim. My favorite exercises! I will be sure to work my abs today with some pilates and see if I can't talk the hubby into an evening stroll or some frisbee. Hmmm...
