For this month I have increased my zumba Rush Xbox fitness workout from 1 hr to 2 hrs atleast 4 days a week and I still do strength training(suspension) 1 hr for 4 days a week.And increased protein intake to half my weight and reduced to low or no carbs and less fat.
I started my strength training in May when i was 173 pounds and now I am at 157.Learnt to make a new recipe EGG Pie with all vegges, more mushrooms, cheddar cheese, pastuerised Egg Whites - mix them all and bake it at 350 for 20- 30 mins.That totaled out to 100 grams.Loving it!Working towards losing 27 pounds.If anyone has some easy recipes using egg and vegges please share.Thanks!
