Is anybody trying a whole food plant based WOE? I have cut back drastically on the amount of meat I eat and boosted my whole grains and fruit / veg intake. My skin is better, I don't feel so heavy (if that makes sense) and I've dropped a few pounds. I've also cut out artificial sweeteners entirely and started drinking my coffee black, which is madness. Not perfect, but making progress. My goal is weight loss, of course, but also permanent sustainable changes that will reduce cardiovascular and metabolic risks. I want to live a long time, and be able to enjoy all of it to the fullest.
