Today was great. I am back in MY kitchen and can cook and eat what I want.

2nd dinner down. So glad its over lol. Now I can cook again. Did good today, but didnt have alot to choose from. I ate ham, cucumbers, and cauliflower, SF cheescake.

Did ok today. Some things are alil high, but to be expected since I didnt cook the meal.

Had one of my holiday dinners today. Really proud of myself. I did not touch the potato salad lol. I also made my own no bake cheese cake SF. That way I wouldnt eat moms homemade coconut cake which I LOVE.

Ok I have a sad face on today. I am up 1.4LBS. I have had some things I should not have. To much SALT. I also upped my cal intake. Maybe not a good idea. Not even gonna do my stats today. Just gonna go back to my old WOE back when I was losing. Wish me luck.

Today I decided to add a new goal to my plan. I have been restricting my calories. I found out today that I should not do that. My daily cal.intake should be 1950.So Im gonna add it like this Keep cal. intake between 1800-1900 cals. Lets see how this goes.
