Happy Monday!!!
Had a good week last week practicing low carb, higher protein days. Staying off of processed foods & sugar, getting plenty of water in. This past weekend increased carbs in my effort for carb-cycling.
Didn't weigh yesterday as I should've, but I will get it in. Also, added supplements back in: taking the following:
CLA
Biotin
CoQ10
Vit D
L-Carnitine
We'll see how it goes. Today is planned well (although I didn't cook last night). I'll be cooking this evening for sure.
