once again, i totally ruined any success i've had this past week with a weekend full of fatty foods and too much drinking.
I went out for cocktails on friday night, and didn't do too bad then, but was hungover the next day and turned to junk for comfort. i am breaking the cycle this weekend--no questions asked. NO MORE!!!

DOWN A FEW POUNDS!
i've been working out a lot and pray this isn't water weight. old clothes, here i come!

Diet followed reasonably well
