Wow, didn't realize I hadn't been logging in on here more often with my weight. I use myfitnesspal as well to track my food during the day on my phone and rarely check in on the computer anymore. Guess I should more often. I have not fallen off the face of the earth ;) I've actually not been more successful in my journey to date then now. Sure not a huge weight loss to show it but I enjoyed myself at Christmas immensely lost that gain and then some and have managed to keep it off. Learning to maintain and keep losing is and always will be the struggle so I am learning it now. I've started to lift heavier and my workouts have been incredible. Doing extra HIITS and SS's more than planned in my workout program. Over all just feel incredible! Hope you all are well and are feeling the same way I am <3
