First weigh in. I feel motivated! Since it's been a year or so since I've checked in with any sort of accountability, and I thought I wouldn't like writing everything I ate, even if it was bad. I had just finished my period when I started this and I do think I had a little bloating going on. So I'm excited!

Got a little carried away tonight. Had some wonderful company with my friend courtney and hubby. I ate way too much. I really like writing everything down because if I eat it I will have to write it down..I baked yesterday and I had to had to have one that I made. A pumpkin beer cupcake with chocolate chips.
I'm over it! They were ok. But I'm so full right now!! Yikes...tomorrow will be better!

Day 3 really. I forget how much better I feel when I move around. This is my time to do it for myself and feel better mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I'm not sure why I've waited so long. I got up this morning at 6:30. I usually sleep in. I've walked and now I'm ready to face the day.

day 2 of change. Here I sit glued to my laptop in my jammies. I don't go to work until 4. I have a to do list in my head and I have no ambition. Why do I want to go jogging when I need to go to sleep? I've never been this heavy and I've never been this inactive for sure.
I'm not sure what I need to do except just do it. I have to start pinning some bodies I want to look like. But I think that's totally unrealistic because they are not my body. I just want to be healthy. period
