I can finally put weight on my poor bruised and scraped up foot. I haven't done any "serious" exercising for well over a week and there is the reason for the gain.
Sadly, I don't feel any motivation right now. To do anything.
For the past few days, I haven't wanted to do anything. I haven't really done anything.
I did little things that needed to be done, like my laundry and going to get groceries. For whatever reason, exercise and eating healthy didn't fit into that "this needs to get done RIGHT NOW" category.
I feel awful. I feel tired and lazy. I feel like I'm in the middle of a big "poor me" party.
I know I should be taking better care of myself.
What do I do now? Where do I go from here?

After over an hour wait at the walk-in clinic yesterday, I was informed that, yes, the prongs on the plug had indeed scraped my arch up pretty badly. And that, yes, I was pretty bruised up. And that I had done a good job of administering first aid to myself.
Then I got a tetanus shot and a $35 tube of antibiotic cream and sent home.
Huzzah... :P
Yep...it's like a never ending stream of crap over here!

Worst. Weekend. Ever!
First, I sliced open my left index finger assembling IKEA furniture.
Then, the toilet started leaking every time it was flushed.
Then, I tripped and cut my left knee and bruised my left calf.
Finally, while moving a rug, I stepped on the three pronged plug of a powerbar. In my bare feet.

I don't know why this week seems to be crawling! It feels like it should be the weekend already, but it's only Wednesday! Argh! We'll see how I feel once I patch the holes in the walls, touch up some paint, bring in the new furniture and get everything all nice an purty-like...

I've been thinking that maybe I should start doing a half hour of yoga before I go to bed. I was doing this awhile ago and it really did help me sleep better. I do like my sleep...and lately I haven't been feeling too rested in the morning. Maybe it's time to unroll the mat before bed again!
