I got TOO HUNGRY. I resisted Subway (and perfectly baked white chocolate macadamia nut cookies!) but then did not eat right away when I got home. I should have eaten ANYthing W30 approved. :( I ate the pizza but stopped at half. This is NEW restraint. I felt instantly too full and had stomach pain. My heart was racing, I assume the soda. 30 minutes later serious diarrhea.
Goals for next week:
2000-2200 calories/day
exercise 30-60 minutes 5 days/week (strength 30*3 of that)
SLOW and steady exercise w/reasonable calories is ideal! It is OK if this takes a year! Do it at a pace that can be maintained. Consistency is better than dropping a ton and regaining!

Today I am beginning a Whole30 with Chand! I am hopeful. I am GOING to do this. I remember what I felt like last year when I honestly did it. I felt amazing.
Short term rewards:
Better skin and hair
More energy
Blood sugar balanced = better moods
Aches and pains go away
Weight loss
Better digestion
Food cravings and compulsion will go away
Long term goals:
Weigh 140-160 lbs
Exercise regularly (cardio/yoga 5 times, strength 2-3/wk)
Develop healthy relationship with food
Sleep 7-9 hours/nt
Play tag with Kaiya
Be a good role model
Rock climb and zip line w/Brayden
Feel comfortable in my body
Flexibility
Improved sex life
Improved confidence
Fun shopping
Healthy labs
