Ok I am getting back on track starting today. Medicines currently taking 20mg of Lexapro once a day 15mg of buspirone twice a day. Weight 196 #. Did the first DVD exercise today could tell it's been 2 wks since I worked out. Will feel it tomorrow. Measurements

Been sick this week haven't felt like eating. Hopefully, by this weekend I will feel more like myself.

Ok people bare with fir the next few days. I may not eat much cause I got diagnosed with mono. Also no exercise for the next two weeks drsnorders due to the fact with mono my spleen may be enlarged. Don't want to risk rupturing it. Also I am on steroids to help my immune system so we all know what that means-weight gain. My Daugther Megan has lost 13lbs since we changed the way we eat and exerising with us. She wa also diagnosed with mono as well so just a little set back but we will be back on the road again a few weeks.

-Did you enjoy your rest days or did you want to exercise?? I enjoy the time off but I also wanted to do kind of light exercise like walking just to keep from being sore come Monday when we had to do it all over again. Plus too I didn't want it to become to easy o want to skip more days.
-Has the soreness went away yet?? Monday I wasn't as sore but Tuesday I could tell. I am really struggling with the push ups don't have mug upper arm strength
-Did you want to or did you overeat on your days off of exercise??no I didn't over eat didn't really feel like overeating
-What is the hardest part of diet or exercise at this point??hardest part for me is eying breakfast not Minnie a breakfast person feel like I am eaten all the time. Hard to make myself eat if I am
Not hungry. Trying to get into the habit of eaten breakfast even if it is a Kashi bar then maybe by mid-early morning I could rat something and still fit in lunch before having to go back to work. Sunday was a bad day for me slept until 1 pm first thing to eat was at 2 which was a cannot progresso sante fe soup with 10 saltine crackers and a serving of raisins by 530 my sugar dropped to 51. Got real hot shaky legs felt like jello was famished didn't have any orange juice to drink to sugar level up. Don't know why it did what it did. Once I got my sugar up I cold and had chills. Fell asleep at630 and slept until 430 this morning.

I am hoping this one pound gain is from muscle. I have lost some inches in places and some no change in inches. Hopeful for the next weigh in.
