So this week hasn't been the greatest for me due to family issues, the school semester coming to an end and the stress of finals beginning next week, and working 20 hours. On top of that I have some lovely pms and bloating like crazy. It's awesome being a female!

Hopefully next week will be smooth sailing. Finals will be over, I'll be running the Susan G. Komen 5k in Philadelphia on Mother's Day, work won't be scheduling me as many hours, and hopefully my hormones will calm down and stop causing me to turn into fem-hulk every 5 minutes.

Sorry to hear about the stress. Doesn't it always seem to come with PMS? When it rains it pours, right! I've been watching women at the gym and the ones with the bodies I admire the most are always weight training :) So I'm really excited to get to this next stage of body building! My boyfriend has an amazing amount of muscle mass and so I'm going to pick his brain for all the tips I can get! I'll definitely pass them on to my buddies who are interested :) Have a lovely Tuesday!

Thanks K8yk! I'm really excited to get into body building too. I've been working out to Jillian Michael's dvds which have been giving me inspiration to begin working on building lean muscle. It's awesome seeing women who look like they can kick some major ass :)
