I just don't get it. I eat right and workout and I freacking gian 3 lbs.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 104.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been feeling the same these days. I just keep telling myself If I hit the nail over and over it will go into the wall. You have done an amazing job and you will get over the humps.
