Start the day off right, with a Journal and a nice weigh in. 215.8.
Yesterday I took like a 45 minute bike ride. It was windy as hell, and my legs were still beat and with the weekends festivities I felt like I had not rode a bike before. Anyway, after about 20 minutes it did get better. The beginning of my bike ride has a large bridge I have to cross, and let me tell you, that thing makes you think twice about your exercise.
After bike ride last night, I had some boneless chicken on a pita (shawarma) with brussell sprouts. It was good. Then messed with computers for a few hours. Went to bed at a respectable 1045.
