Weight Gain! Grr! 216.0

I feel muscular though. Not doing a cheat day on the same day as my long ride is as I expected, sort of tough. Perhaps impossible. I did not log everything, but then again I did not each much more than I logged (I need to just do it!). Anyway, no big deal.

Yesterday after the ride I did homework until the afternoon, and essentially fell out from exhaustion. I took DD to fuddruckers at some point, where I got an above average sized cheeseburger, lol. It was yummy, and I ate it all up (see above!). Did not eat all the fries.

Today is DW birthday! I have some nice presents for her, and day out planned at the nice 5 star hotel's pool. Then dinner at 7PM. Late for us, but that is when the restaurants open. Lots of people coming, I am hoping for no-shows as we are overbooked for the room. I invited our normal crue without thinking, and she invited her new workout buddies, and we are overbooked. Then again nobody could show up. Its why I hate entertaining, I think I am a mental case in that regards.

We have discussed our food and beverage intake goals. It is cheat day, and her birthday though. We just want to be sure we are ready to throw down at 7 for dinner when the guests arrive.
