I lost my will power while waiting for my husband to grill our dinner last night, he waits until he is ready to start the coals (8pm). I would have grilled the burgers, but he insisted on doing it because "grilling relaxes" him. I know I need to work on myself, but I felt so frustrated at the moment that I drank a beer rather than taking it out on him. I feel better this am after stepping on the scale and seeing my weight is still dropping, and my ketones haven't dropped from moderate.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
