Had I known about the Ketogenic Diet, and how easy it is to follow and lose weight on it, I would have done it sooner. I find that I can't eat enough calories because the amount of fat satiates me. I also have fewer cravings with fewer carbs. However I was a little more hungry before bed last night, and gave into more snacks than I should have. I think I was hungry because I normally eat at that time while working the night shift. I only ate a few of what I used to consider low carb snacks, but they ended up putting me over the limit. The setback has likely moved me out of the Ketogenic state. But according to those who have experience with this diet, as long as I immediately return into the parameters of 20-30 Gms, I should reenter glycosis within a day or two. I just have to be more diligent with monitoring my carb intake.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
