well this week stunk I ate breaded chickn 3 times this week, but i still lost weight. next week i will kick it into high gear.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.8 lb a week

breaded chicken isn't so bad as long as you count it as a both a protein and a starch and it's not deep fried.
