Had rough couple of days. Went overboard yesterday in the 'fat' category. Went to a perch & chips place and there were no other options than fried perch and french fries creamy coleslaw - the other option was the have the perch (still fried) on a bun with tarter. Had ice cream cone for dessert. Was depressed after but didn't go as bananas as I usually would. All is good.
