I am a slow learner, but I think I am on track now. I am taking each day one at a time. I plan on drinking lots of water and counting points and keeping a log .
189.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
