I've been walking just over 3 miles every day...seems to be paying off. :-)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Woo Hoo - I love walking, too. I walk daily while listening to a book on my Ipod. It is really fun and it does pay off.
