I don't want to talk about what this last month has been like, but as you can see from my weight in, not good is an understatment. I'm back and ready to give this a go again. It would seem that my DH is ready to join me, which is wonderful and he truly needs to loose weight before I loose him. So I begin the work of finding my self once again.
