weight has been going up and down .5 pounds for the past like 5 days..

pretty depressing.
i realized i am not eatting enough when i work out.

so if i work out i am going to aim for 1400 cal
if i dont work out i am going to aim for 1100 cal

161.0 lb Lost so far: 89.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
