Another day, and another .8 lb away, lol. 214.6.

I love this part of the week! It is my "Friday" when I look at my weekend with dreams and desires. I am doing my long bike ride tomorrow, and I am looking forward to that each week. I have a few indulgences planned for tomorrow. Cakes I want to bake, etc. Other than the cake, who knows.

Last night I did 12 miles and a little over an hour. It was hot as heck, but I had my camelbak, and a good attitude. I saw the sweat beading on my forearms and got nice and shiney. I do like exercising in the heat like that for some reason. To an extent.

Last night I had a lil stir fry of spinach, chicken, garlic and whole wheat noodles. Basically lots of leftovers. And a little piece of my sons cake. Have to support his school work, plus big appetite after bike ride (Food is fuel!)

Today work is pretty tame, usually until the afternoon.

Anyway, off to work.
