I ate off all diets as I did load days for another round of HGC. But I have really struggled to restrict myself again since starting this round and have not followed the protocol well at all.I really need to step up my game as the weddings are not getting any further away, and I still have 40 pounds to lose. My biggest regret so far is that I have not begun working out yet, I always tell my self when I got to bed "tomorrow I will start tomorrow" yet the next day comes and I never seem to get it done.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
