I can only imagine how well I would have done it I did the exercise along with this. But the weather here is terrible for me to walk, and I had such a terrible withdrawal recaction to no coffee/caffine. But, nevertheless, I am thrilled today.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
