So hard to count calories when you go out to eat. My carb, sugar, and sodium intake must've spiked hard though. Feeling so thirsty because of the latter two.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
