I got off track on Valentine's Day! It started with a Snicker's bar at work, which really helped me because I had worked 10 hours the day before and was working 8 that day. Then when I came home, my husband had bought me chocolates. All chocolates are gone now, So I'm hoping to get back on track!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can get back on track! Eating those chocolates are not worse than giving up on your diet all together. Stick to it todays a new day! Don't give up!!!
