Sucks. Two days of restaurants with Butch and up .6 lb. Not happy. I do great at home and on my own cooking. He is my pitfall. The restaurants he picks are not conducive to my eating. Everything is within the calories but totally high fat. No more restaurants this week. Must increase the activity somehow as well.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
