Sleep was in short 3 hour burst last night. Must be the 13 hours of sleep I had yesterday. Oh, well. Just keep at it. VA getting my more Bipap supplies. YES! just trucking along.

Now what to eat for breakfast. I think today will be bacon and eggs. had it yesterday and it was very good.
301.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
