BMI says I'm out of the Obese Range!!! Hooray, for me as I'm not Obese I am overweight lol. I should be at my goal weight by the first week of October. Weigh to go! TOWANDA!!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
