Today is a good post cheat weigh in. I wish I knew last weeks data.. 219.6.

Yesterday I did an epic bike ride. Got up at 530, felt ok, and went for it. Took a long way around the Airport and then back towards home. And if that was not enough I took a ride to the port in Hidd. it is a huge industrial area, with new roads, nice sidewalks, and is essentially abandoned on Friday (Muslims Sunday essentially). So I rode my bike all the way to the end of it. I was hauling ass, it was easy, then I got to the end of a 4-5 mile run, and realized it was the wind blowing me the whole time. Not good. Anyway it was not too bad, I down-shifted and spinned that bad boy down the road. Took a few breaks coming back.

At one point I saw a gentleman going snorkeling, and was looking to my right. Just long enough to go BAM! Right into a speed limit sign at about 10-12 MPH. I took a nice tumble and gained a few new bruises. Thank goodness for my gloves and helmet. Displaced my right brake/shift lever so I had to beat it back into position, after brushing off my dusty body. So here I was in an huge area of free space for miles, and run in to a freakin sign. It is amusing now. There was a haji construction worker nearby too, looking at me! Must have been funny!

We pigged out yesterday. Tried to go to a Thai place for lunch, but could not find parking. The cheap places here are in the lil villages and it can be very hard to park. Yesterday was like that. So we ended up at Benegins. Wife and Daughter liked it. It was just OK. So many times I feel let down now when going out to eat. Plus it was expensive, about 60 dollars for lunch. I hate the prices here.

After that huge lunch, and my bike ride it was naptime. Then more PC work, things are much better now. And and Ice Cream Sundae for dinner. I just logged it all, then found out it was on the wrong day, so F it. Not doing it again.

Today I have had a nice breakfast, bike ride in the AM, and cleaned my bike. More PC work is happening now. Lunch was a lo-cal take on a cheesesteak. It was yummy!
