Wow! Was up too late doing homework and looking for some missing paper work. Got up early again to try and finish some of my homework, but some of it will have to wait until the weekend. Lost some more weight today!!! Yesssss! My glucose was down to 80! Geez. May need to eat a little something. I love it low, but damn! lol... This diet has been going great! My wife is a great support (we've been doing it together). Tonight I have to meet a friend for dinner (Mongolian Grill) and the place we're going is one of my favorites. I'll do my best to be a good boy and only do veggies and meat though. Wish me luck! :o)
