Finally those next two stubborn pounds came off! I was pretty good for the last few days but the weight was just too clingy! Also it might have to do with the taco night I had the other day, way too much sodium. But this is awesome :) That means I'm almost to my mini-goal! Definitely motivating!!

Also, I just checked my BMI - it is down 3 points since I started! Which is just awesome, because it almost puts me back into the normal range! woohoo!!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job!!! I have the same problem with sodium especially when the weather gets hot. Remember to drink lots and lots of water.
