need to get back on trak. i have done this successfully for 2 years so don't know why I'm struggling. i looked back from last year and am up 17 lbs. time to take control🌷
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh I get it. We all fall off the wagon sometimes. I am up about 10lbs and super pissed now that my dresses are getting tight. Time to reign it in!!!
