Why am I having such trouble eating properly & exercising regularly? I know exactly what I need to do to accomplish what I want to accomplish, & I also know how wonderful it feels to exercise daily & eat healthy.

My mind is what is preventing me from achieving my physical goals right now & I have to get that sorted out asap!
232.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 82.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
