had a scare last night with my blood sugar dropping and not feeling right. had to eat something to hold me over to this morning. Took my calorie count up higher then I wanted it's one day at a time.

My weight is still dropping, which is good. Just have to keep it up. Also sore from the walking I have been doing. I figure as I continue to lose weight, fatty areas on the body that are rubbing right now will decrease and a lot of the soreness will fade away.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
