since i started dieting in the begining of march 2010 i've lost 19 pounds.

i am really proud of being able to loose almost 20 pounds in a mater of 2 months.
My goal for monday the 26th is to weigh 159.

161.0 lb Lost so far: 89.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
